DDPoint & Membership

DDPoint (Discount Dollar Point) is CanLink's purchase reward points. After shopping at partner merchants, points are issued when the merchant scans your member QR code.

Points are converted into DDP for discounts on future purchases.

You can earn DDP in the following ways:

  • Shop at partner merchants and show your member referral QR code
  • Invite friends to register and shop for extra rewards
  • Join platform activities (such as spin-the-wheel events)

1 DDP = RM1 discount value.

The actual discount amount still depends on each merchant's promotions and system rules.

Accumulated DDPoint can be used for member discounts at partner merchants. At checkout, tell the merchant you want to use DDP and enter your discount PIN. The system will deduct the applicable DDP automatically. Availability depends on each merchant and your member center display.

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized use of your DDP by others.

When membership expires, members cannot use DDP temporarily. Accumulated DDP will not disappear but will be frozen. After renewing membership, your existing DDP will be restored automatically.

Only at CanLink partner merchants.

You can view the latest partner merchant list in the app or on the website.

If an order is refunded, used DDP will not be returned. DDP earned from that order will not be cancelled or clawed back, to protect member benefits and avoid disputes affecting earned DDP.

Please check first:

  • Whether it has expired.
  • Whether it has already been used.
  • Whether it was adjusted due to a refund.

If you still have questions, contact customer support for assistance.
