第1条 定义说明

Article 1 — Definitions

1.1 平台（本平台）

Platform (the Platform)

指由甲方运营的会员服务系统，用于积分／Voucher 管理及会员功能。

Refers to the membership system operated by the Company for managing points/vouchers and related services.

1.2 会员（用户）

Member (User)

指注册、登录并使用本平台服务的个人。

The individual who registers, logs in, and uses the Platform.

1.3 积分／Voucher（奖励值）

Points / Voucher (Reward Value)

由商家依规则赠送的虚拟奖励，不具现金价值或任何可兑换价值。不可要求兑现、退款或置换。

Virtual reward issued by merchants under specified rules. It has no cash, monetary, product, or redeemable value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted.

第2条 积分／Voucher 性质说明

Article 2 — Nature of Points / Vouchers

2.1

积分／Voucher 为「非承诺性奖励」，不构成平台的债务或义务。

Points/Vouchers are non-obligatory rewards and do not constitute debt or liability of the Platform.

2.2

平台不保证积分／Voucher 可持续使用，功能可随时调整、暂停或取消。

The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of points/vouchers and may modify, suspend, or terminate them at any time.

2.3

积分／Voucher 有效期为获取日起 3 个月，逾期自动失效，不可恢复。

Points/Vouchers expire three (3) months from the date of issuance and cannot be reinstated after expiration.

2.4

用户不得以积分／Voucher 主张任何财务权益、损害赔偿或兑现要求。

Users shall not claim any financial rights, compensation, or redemption based on points/vouchers.

第3条 用户行为规范

Article 3 — User Conduct

3.1

用户应提供真实资料，并负责任地使用平台。

Users must provide accurate information and use the Platform responsibly.

3.2 禁止行为包括但不限于：

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

• 盗取或非法获取积分／Voucher
  Stealing or unlawfully acquiring points/vouchers
• bug利用、外挂、伪造交易
  Exploiting bugs, using cheats, or forging transactions
• 非法买卖、转移积分／Voucher
  Selling or transferring points/vouchers illegally
• 将积分用于违法活动（赌博、洗钱等）
  Using points/vouchers for unlawful activities (e.g., gambling, money laundering)

第4条 平台权利与义务（PDPA）

Article 4 — Platform Rights & Obligations (PDPA)

4.1

平台遵守《2010年个人数据保护法（PDPA）》处理用户数据。

The Platform processes user data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

4.2 用户有权：

Users have the right to:

• 查询或更正个人数据
  Access or correct personal data
• 拒收行销讯息
  Opt out of marketing messages
• 随时撤回数据授权（可能影响功能）
  Withdraw consent (may affect services)

4.3

数据可能因技术需要跨境传输或与合作商家共享。

Data may be transferred across borders or shared with partner merchants when necessary.

第5条 法律责任说明（关键保护条款）

Article 5 — Legal Liability (Key Protection Clause)

5.1

用户理解：积分／Voucher 为娱乐性质奖励，不具有现实价值。不得要求平台：兑现、退款、折现、补偿、理赔。

Users acknowledge that points/vouchers are entertainment-based rewards with no real-world value. They cannot request redemption, refund, conversion, compensation, or claims.

5.2

用户违反法律或本协议导致平台损失的，应承担赔偿责任。

Users shall compensate the Platform for losses arising from violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

5.3

高价值奖励（如手机）可能涉及税务申报，由用户自行承担。

High-value rewards (e.g., mobile devices) may require tax declaration and are the user's responsibility.

第6条 不可抗力

Article 6 — Force Majeure

因不可抗力或第三方系统故障（电信、支付网关、服务器等）造成服务中断，平台不承担责任，但会尽力恢复。

The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party failures (telecommunications, payment gateways, servers), but will undertake reasonable efforts to restore services.

第7条 协议变更与终止

Article 7 — Amendments & Termination

7.1

平台可随时修改本协议，修改后立即生效。

The Platform may amend this Agreement at any time, and such amendments take immediate effect.

7.2

用户可申请注销账号；账号注销后所有积分／Voucher 将立即清除，不可恢复、不可补偿。

Users may request account deletion; all points/vouchers will be permanently removed without recovery or compensation.

第8条 解释权

Article 8 — Interpretation

本协议最终解释权归平台所有。

The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the Platform.
