Article 1 — Definitions
Platform (the Platform)
「DDPoint」指本平台会员奖励单位，包括平台目前或未来使用之 Points、Voucher、DDP 或其他奖励单位，除非另有说明，本条款统称为「DDPoint」.本系统为一套积分营销与会员管理平台，用于协助商家进行：
"DDPoint" refers to the member reward unit of this platform, including Points, Vouchers, DDPs or other reward units currently or in the future used by the platform. Unless otherwise stated, these terms are collectively referred to as "DDPoint".This system is a points-based marketing and membership management platform designed to assist merchants in:
本系统仅提供技术服务，不直接销售商品或餐饮服务。This system only provides technical services and does not directly sell goods or provide catering services.
Membership Eligibility
任何年满 18 岁或在监护人同意下的个人均可注册会员,会员必须提供真实、完整的资料.本公司有权拒绝或终止任何不符合条件的会员账户
Any individual aged 18 or older, or with the consent of a guardian, may register as a member. Members must provide true and complete information. The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate any ineligible membership account.
DDPoint (Reward Value)
DDPoint 为平台内部奖励单位，不属于现金、电子货币、存款或任何金融产品。DDPoint 不可兑换现金、不可转让，仅可依平台公布之规则于合作商家用于抵扣符合条件之消费。
DDPoint is an internal reward unit on the platform and is not cash, electronic money, deposits, or any financial product. DDPoint is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable; it can only be used to offset eligible purchases at participating merchants according to the platform's published rules.
Merchant Rules
商家为独立经营主体
Merchants are independent business entities.
本系统不对商家提供的商品或服务负责
his system is not responsible for the goods or services provided by merchants.
所有交易由会员与商家直接完成
All transactions are completed directly between members and merchants.
Article 2 — Nature of DDPoint
DDPoint 为平台提供之促销及奖励机制，并非会员之财产、债权或存款。
DDPoint is a promotional and reward mechanism provided by the platform and is not the property, claims or deposits of members.
平台不保证 DDPoints 可持续使用，功能可随时调整、暂停或取消。
The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of DDPoints and may modify, suspend, or terminate them at any time.
DDPoints 有效期为获取日起 3 个月，逾期自动失效，不可恢复。
DDPoints expire three (3) months from the date of issuance and cannot be reinstated after expiration.
用户不得以积分DDPoints 主张任何财务权益、损害赔偿或兑现要求。
Users shall not claim any financial rights, compensation, or redemption based on DDPoints.
DDPoints 不是法定货币。
DDPoints are not legal tender.
DDPoints 不可兑换现金。
DDPoints cannot be exchanged for cash.
DDPoints 不可转让或出售。
DDPoints cannot be transferred or sold.
平台有权调整 DDPoint 的取得方式、发放比例、兑换条件及使用规则，并于平台公告后生效。会员可通过以下方式获得积分：。
The platform reserves the right to adjust the acquisition method, distribution ratio, redemption conditions, and usage rules of DDPoints, which will take effect after the platform announces the changes.Members can earn points in the following ways:
Article 3 — User Conduct
用户应提供真实资料，并负责任地使用平台。
Users must provide accurate information and use the Platform responsibly.
会员须妥善保管账户信息。
Members must safeguard their account information.
因账号泄露造成的损失由会员自行承担。
Members are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to account leaks.
如发现异常使用，应立即通知我们。
Please notify us immediately if you discover any unusual usage.

Article 4 — Data and Privacy
使用本系统即表示您同意我们的 Privacy Policy（隐私政策），包括个人资料的收集与使用。
By using this system, you agree to our Privacy Policy, including the collection and use of your personal data.
Users have the right to:
数据可能因技术需要跨境传输或与合作商家共享,并会依据马来西亚《Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)》处理。
Data may be transferred across borders or shared with partner merchants when necessary,It will be handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Article 5 — Governing Law
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
如有争议，应提交马来西亚有管辖权的法院处理。
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to a competent court in Malaysia.
用户理解：DDPoint 属于平台奖励机制，并不代表现金、投资、存款、电子货币或其他金融权益。
Users understand that DDPoint is a platform reward mechanism and does not represent cash, investment, deposit, electronic currency or other financial rights.
用户违反法律或本协议导致平台损失的，应承担赔偿责任。
Users shall compensate the Platform for losses arising from violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.
高价值奖励（如手机）可能涉及税务申报，由用户自行承担。
High-value rewards (e.g., mobile devices) may require tax declaration and are the user's responsibility.
Article 6 — Disclaimer
平台不保证所有合作商家持续参与本系统。因不可抗力或第三方系统故障（电信、支付网关、服务器等）造成服务中断，平台不承担责任，商家行为由商家自行负责，但会尽力恢复。
The platform does not guarantee that all partner merchants will continue to participate in this system.The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party failures (telecommunications, payment gateways, servers),Merchants are solely responsible for their own actions. but will undertake reasonable efforts to restore services.
Article 7 — Amendments & Termination
本公司有权随时修改本协议，修改后立即生效.用户继续使用系统，即表示接受最新版本条款。
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.By continuing to use the system, the user agrees to the terms of the latest version.
用户可申请注销账号；账号注销后所有积分／Voucher/DDP/DDPoints 将立即清除，不可恢复、不可补偿。
Users may request account deletion; all points/vouchers/DDP/DDPoints will be permanently removed without recovery or compensation.
修改系统功能
Modify system functions.
调整积分规则
Adjust points rules.
暂停或终止部分服务
Suspend or terminate some services.
更新本条款内容
Update these terms.
Article 8 — The platform reserves the right of final interpretation.
如本协议任何条款被有管辖权法院认定无效，其余条款仍继续有效。
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
