CanLink 会员系统服务条款
一、服务说明

1. 本服务由 CanLink Sdn. Bhd. 提供，用于为商家与会员建立积分奖励及现金券消费的循环体系。
2. 使用本系统即表示您同意本公司依据《Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)》及《Privacy Policy（隐私政策）》收集、处理及使用您的个人资料。
3. 商家可购买积分发放给会员作为奖励。
4. 会员所获积分将自动转换为 DDPoint，可用于参与商家消费。
5. 商家可依据本公司公布的规则，使用符合条件的 DDPoint 抵扣部分积分购买费用（如适用）。

Membership Terms of Service
1. Service Description
|
1. This service is provided by CanLink Sdn. Bhd. to create a reward and cash voucher system between merchants and members.
2. By using this system, you agree that our company may collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Privacy Policy.
3. Merchants may purchase points to reward members.
4. Points earned by members are automatically converted into DDPoint, which can be used at participating merchants.
5. Merchants may use eligible DDPoints to offset part of the purchase cost, in accordance with the rules published by the company (if applicable).

| 二、会员与商家定义 |
1. **会员（Member）**：注册 CanLink 系统并获得积分或DDPoint的个人用户。
2. **商家（Merchant）**：与 CanLink 签署合作协议并通过系统发放或接收积分／DDPoint的企业或商户。

| 2. Definitions |
1. **Member:** A registered user who receives points or DDPoint through the CanLink system.
2. **Merchant:** A registered business entity that has entered into a cooperation agreement with CanLink to distribute or receive points/DDPoint.

| 四、积分与DDPoint规则 |
1. 平台会根据当时有效的兑换规则计算 DDPoint。兑换比例由平台公布，并可依本条款调整。
2. DDPoint 仅可在合作商家使用，不可兑换现金。
3. 商家可使用 DDPoint 回购积分，用于奖励或促销。
4. DDPoint 为平台奖励及促销用途之内部记账单位，不属于法定货币、电子货币、储值金额或金融商品。DDPoint 不得兑换现金，亦不得作为投资或储值用途。

| 4. Points & DDPoint Rules |
1. The platform will calculate DDPoints based on the exchange rules in effect at the time. The exchange rate is published by the platform and may be adjusted in accordance with these terms.
2. DDPoint can only be used at participating merchants and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Merchants may use DDPoint to repurchase points for promotional or reward purposes.
4. DDPoint is the internal unit of account used for platform rewards and promotions and is not a legal currency, electronic currency, stored value or financial product. DDPoints may not be redeemed for cash, nor used for investment or stored value purposes.

DDPoint Rules
1. How DDPoint is generated
DDPoint is generated through platform-defined activities, including merchant reward allocation, promotional campaigns, and system incentives.
DDPoint is issued according to rules set by CanLink Sdn. Bhd. and may vary depending on promotion programs.
2. DDPoint 如何计算
DDPoint 根据商户积分购买方案计算。
转换逻辑示例：
- RM150 = 1000 积分
- 100 积分 = 1 DDPoint
- 因此：RM150 ≈ 10 DDPoint（取决于所选套餐）
转换比例可能因所选商户套餐而异。
2. How DDPoint is calculated
DDPoint is calculated based on the merchant point purchase scheme.
Example conversion logic:
- RM150 = 1000 Points
- 100 Points = 1 DDPoint
- Therefore: RM150 ≈ 10 DDPoint (depending on selected plan)
The conversion ratio may vary depending on the selected merchant plan.
3. DDPoint 有效期
DDPoint 自发行之日起有效期为 3 个月。过期后，未使用的 DDPoint 将自动失效且无法恢复。
3. DDPoint validity
DDPoint is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
After expiration, unused DDPoint will be automatically forfeited and cannot be restored.
4.商家如何使用 DDPoint
商家可以使用符合条件的 DDPoint 在 CanLink 系统内抵扣积分购买费用。
DDPoint 仅可用于：
DDPoint 不能在 CanLink 平台之外使用。
4. Merchant usage of DDPoint
Merchants may use eligible DDPoint to offset point purchase fees within the CanLink system.
DDPoint can only be used for:
- Offsetting point purchase payments
- System-approved promotional usage
DDPoint cannot be used outside the CanLink platform.
5. 退款政策
DDPoint 不可退款、不可兑换现金，也不可转让给任何第三方。
5. Refund policy
DDPoint is non-refundable, non-redeemable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any third party.
6. DDPoint规则调整权
平台保留调整DDPoint规则的权利，包括但不限于：
任何变更都将在平台上公布，并于公布后立即生效。
6. Adjustment of DDPoint rules
The platform reserves the right to adjust DDPoint rules, including but not limited to:
- Conversion rate
- Eligibility rules
- Usage conditions
- Expiration period
Any changes will be published on the platform and take effect immediately upon announcement.
| 五、积分方案转换规则 |
1. 商家可自由选择任一积分方案。
2. 如欲更改方案，原积分余额将依平台公布的转换规则重新计算；如平台明确说明转换将导致部分或全部积分失效，商家应于确认转换前审慎评估，并于确认后不得异议。
3. 一经确认转换操作，视为同意此条款。

| 5. Plan Conversion Rules |
1. Merchants may choose any plan freely.
2. If the plan is to be changed, the original points balance will be recalculated according to the conversion rules published by the platform; if the platform clearly states that the conversion will result in the invalidation of some or all points, the merchant should carefully evaluate before confirming the conversion and shall not raise any objections after confirmation.
3. Once confirmed, the change is considered final and accepted.
| 六、会员与商家责任 |
1. 商家须确保积分及DDPoint交易记录真实有效。
2. 会员不得转售、套利或用于违法用途。
3. CanLink 有权监控异常交易并暂停或终止账户。
4. 如发现异常积分累积、异常兑换、疑似欺诈、系统攻击或其他违反本条款之行为，本公司有权暂停相关交易、冻结账户或终止服务。

| 6. Responsibilities |
1. Merchants must ensure all point and DDPoint transactions are legitimate and valid.
2. Members may not resell, speculate, or use DDPoint for illegal purposes.
3. CanLink reserves the right to monitor and suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.
4. If any abnormal accumulation of points, abnormal redemption, suspected fraud, system attack, or other violations of these terms are discovered, the company has the right to suspend related transactions, freeze accounts, or terminate services.
| 七、退款与争议 |
1. 所有积分购买一经确认概不退款。
2. 若系统错误导致异常，可联系客服审核。
3. CanLink 保留最终解释权。

| 7. Refunds & Disputes |
1. All point purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
2. If system errors occur, users may contact support for review.
3. CanLink reserves the final right of interpretation.
| 八、系统变更与免责声明 |
1. CanLink 有权随时修改系统功能或价格方案，并以公告形式通知。
2. 用户继续使用系统即视为同意最新条款。
3. 因网络故障、系统维护或不可抗力导致的损失，本公司不承担责任。

| 8. System Changes & Disclaimer |
1. CanLink may modify features or pricing plans at any time with notice.
2. Continued system use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
3. The company is not liable for losses caused by outages or force majeure.
| 九、法律适用 |
|
本条款受马来西亚法律约束，争议由吉隆坡法院管辖。

| 9. Governing Law |
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, under the jurisdiction of the Kuala Lumpur Court.
